All orders are handmade with love and are packed to make sure they do not get bent or damaged in the shipping process. Orders will ship within 1-5 business days depending on item and should arrive within 2-5 days after shipped

Burke Manor is not responsible for any shipping delays, damages, or other issues once item is handed off to the carrier but we will do our best to resolve any issues that may arise as best as we can. Please ensure that you have the correct shipping address on your order.
